We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty and fashion business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities primarily through cold call and email
- Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs
- Identify potential B2B markets and responsible for markets expansion
- Make outbound follow-up email to cross-sell and up-sell
- Work closely with Customer Service department to ensure business customers’ satisfactory and maintain good relationship with them
Website Operations
- Manage and monitor website sales, gross profits% performance on daily basis
- Check the membership application on daily basis
- Conduct and present KPI report on weekly basis
- Work closely with IT department on website maintenance of frontend and backend as well as improving B2B website’s UX/UI
Product & Pricing
- Analyze and review product performance with regular reporting
- Closely follow up order fulfilment process to ensure processing smoothly
- Work closely with procurement department closely to increase no. of active listings regularly
- Monitor competitors’ pricing strategy closely and review price of products
Marketing Channel
- Review and monitor overall sales performance and marketing cost usage
- Manage the B2B Google Ads account, mainly text ads and display ads type
- Arrange monthly EDM promotion with targeting specific group(s) of customers
General
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager
- Assist other ad hoc projects and operations to improve efficiency of tasks
- Work closely with your team and different function units including Business Analytics & Strategy team, Marketing team, Merchandizing team, Logistic team and Customer Service team to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of solid experience as an Account Executive B2B, with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Diploma or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
- Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage
- Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
