Job Description

• Research and develop content for social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram etc.
• Develop marketing plans and digital strategies for social media platforms.
• Work closely with  Brand, Content, Video and Design teams to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities. 
• Work with  KOLs to continuously achieve social media success.
• Track and analyze social media performance, use insights from data to optimize future content and strategies to boost number of followers.
• Identify industry trends, insights, emerging social media channels, new ideas, new approaches and updated tools that help refine digital marketing strategy to drive prospect acquisition, conversions and engagement.  
• Regularly review the website and update the content and graphics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business or related disciplines is preferable.
• At least 3 years experience in marketing with experience in social media. 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Social media management experience, with data analytic knowledge desirable,  such as  Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Telegram etc.
• Preferably in these fields: Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Financial industries.    
• High adaptability with multi-tasking skills.
• Fast-learning, creative, well-organized and detail-minded.
