Job Description
Is the Sales area your passion? We are in search of a new colleague to take the responsibilities of the position of Account Business Development Officer for the Modern On-trade channel:
What you'll be doing:
- Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy including product launch, promotion activation, development of new account.
- Establish partnerships with assigned accounts, responsible for driving growth, develop close customer relationships with a regular visit, business review.
- Work closely with internal to ensure activities in the responsible account have strategy and alignment, to execute the marketing campaign.
- Ensure the company target on sales, contribution, cost control and placement are attained through effective placement and pricing strategy, sales activities.
- Handling of payment collection in a timely manner.
- University or above.
- Minimum 2-years' sales experience in Beer / Beverage / Food / FMCG industry.
- Fluent English speaking is a MUST for western on-trade channel, with good command of Chinese.
- Excellent customer service skills, selling skills and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong mindset to drive results and achieve the target.
- Proficiency in PC operations and MS Excel & MS Word.
- Immediate available / short notice would be an advantage.
- Mon - Fri: 11:00 - 20:00 (Sat 11:00 - 15:00 Standby)
