We are seeking an E-commerce Officer to oversee our company's online sales and presence. The officer will be responsible for the entire online sales process, website management, and coordination of logistics and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce business efforts, including strategy development to increase online presence and sales.
• Coordinate with IT and Marketing departments to optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, utilizing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Analyze performance data to monitor revenue performance and determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
• Manage online customer service activities and respond to customer queries.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process, including inventory and shipping management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce to implement innovative tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, PPC, and web analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM software and database systems is a plus.
