Job Description
• Formulate the group marketing plan and execute all digital campaigns to achieve objectives at the group level.
• Curate marketing content to nurture existing clients and acquire new customers.
• Develop and implement social media initiatives, deploying campaigns to enhance Regal Hotels International's brand presence and drive digital engagement.
• Create digital assets, including static, video, and HTML, for various platforms such as social media, eCommerce, websites, and eDM.
• Monitor and analyze eCommerce sales performance, translating data into meaningful insights to drive sales, identify business opportunities, and inform website development.
• Collaborate closely with different business units, including Marketing Communications, Customer Insights and Strategic Marketing, CRM, Group F&B team, and Sales team, to align with brand/SEO/paid media and content strategies.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, XHS, Weibo, and Douyin), paid search, SEO, and email marketing. China marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience in initiating and executing campaigns through content development, social media activities, viral marketing, and managing media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Customers (KOCs).
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, social media, and advertising technology.
• Adaptable to the constantly changing digital marketing landscape and able to think from a customer's perspective.
• Strong analytical skills, constantly questioning processes and striving for improvement.
• A creative mindset to push the boundaries of imagination and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
