About the job:

• Actively engage in the hands-on processing of accounts payable 3-way matching for project accounts
• Review purchase and services agreements from an accounts payable perspective, focusing on contractual terms
• Provide supervision and guidance to a team of Accounts Payable professionals
• Collaborate with various business units to drive procure-to-pay (P2P) initiatives, business initiatives, and process improvements, including the formulation and updates of SOPs
• Monitor the knowledge database for best practices and provide ongoing training to team member

About the person:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
• Candidates with a CPA or equivalent qualification are preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience with focus on AP and related projects
• Proficient in using SAP is advantegous
• Strong e communication skills, with a collaborative approach
• Experience in process standardization, data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change initiatives
