Our client "Artemide Ltd" is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• Handle general sales activities including enquires, lighting proposal, lux calculation and specification, quotation, order processing and documents preparation 
• Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts, identify customer needs and provide customized solutions for lighting control and dimming system 
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations 
• Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business; work closely with end user, developers, facility management, specifiers, contractors and other internal & external professions to ensure the project to be completed in a timely and cost effective way 
• Handle complaint about lighting issues 

Who are they looking for?
 

• Degree preferrable, non-degree tertiary and school certificate will also be considered if having strong practical experiences
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end lighting 
• Experience in electrical engineering, lighting engineering, lighting design 
• Knowledge in Autocad, Dialux, Photoshop, Microsoft office
• Basic lighting design skill, lux calculation
• Basic knowledge for electrical and wiring
• Basic knowledge for dimming control method and dimming system
• Self-motivated, proactive, rigorous, organized, independent, strong communication skills and good problem solving skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese + HK resident
