Job Description
Our Client is a Luxury Perfumes Brand, and they are looking for a Regional Area Sales Manager to lead up the team
The Job:
- Building the commercial strategy for the APAC Market.
- Budget construction and monitor figures and your P&L.
- Negotiate and adjust business plans each year by market &client.
- Managing and monitor a portfolio of existing distributors and retailers.
- Negotiation and active prospecting skills to open new markets, points of sales and the best conditions for the brand and participate in the drafting of commercial agreements.
- With a strong culture of figures, an analytical skill, you will set up effective monthly sales reporting in order to analyze the sales performances of your region (sell-in/sell-in analysis), and you are a source of suggestions to improve action plans.
- Training the sales force by accompanying distributors in their visits to retailers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven track record as a successful representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in selling to various retail channels or managing distributors is preferred. Perfumes industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Possess a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and industry expertise.
- Passionate in Cosmetics and Luxury Beauty industry is a must
- Strong digital media analysis skills are preferred
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking, and strong team player
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
