Responsibilities: 

• Provide first level IT help desk support to users
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone/email in a professional manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor
• PC and mobile devices configuration and support
• Install and uninstall PC software, hardware, mobile devices and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and fix desktop(on-site and remotely) and network issues

Requirements: 

• HKDSE graduate or above
• 1 year experience in IT support/customer services (Fresh graduates in related disciplines are also welcome)
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Senior candidates with good IT support experience would be considered as Help Desk Supervisors
