We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets within the Transportation, Aviation, Utility, and Healthcare sectors;
- Manage and nurture key accounts within these sectors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Identify new business opportunities within the targeted industries and develop strategies to expand the customer base;
- Continuously update knowledge of our products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and account management within the target sectors;
- Place particular emphasis on identifying and sourcing innovative technology solutions that can be applied to specific applications within the target sectors;
- Prepare and deliver persuasive solution proposals to potential clients in the target sectors, addressing their specific needs and requirements;
- Participate in bidding processes within these industries and manage the end-to-end process, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the targeted sectors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives;
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management;
- Coach and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve individual and team targets; and
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, specifically within the Transportation, Aviation, Utility, and Healthcare sectors;
- Strong background in account management, solution proposal creation, bidding processes, and meeting sales targets within the mentioned industries;
- Proven track record of successfully selling AI, Video Analytic and Cloud solutions;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the targeted sectors;
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a highly competitive sales environment; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
