Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Support compensation and benefits administration activities as assigned:
- Compensation: Payroll (HK and Macau), tax reporting, salary and variable pay administration as well as a payroll checker role for LA Branch
- Benefits: Medical insurance, provident fund, leave administration and club membership
- Others: Staff account, work injury compensation, HR database maintenance, annual HR report and record management
- Answer enquiries from staff for payroll and benefits related area.
- Participate in surveys, ad hoc projects as and when required.
- Assist in the enhancement and development of HRIS.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with payroll / compensation and benefits experience, preferably in banking or financial industry.
- Practical experience in data processing in HRIS, e.g. Peoplesoft/Workday, will be a plus.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
