Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support compensation and benefits administration activities as assigned:
  1. Compensation: Payroll (HK and Macau), tax reporting, salary and variable pay administration as well as a payroll checker role for LA Branch
  2. Benefits: Medical insurance, provident fund, leave administration and club membership
  3. Others: Staff account, work injury compensation, HR database maintenance, annual HR report and record management
  • Answer enquiries from staff for payroll and benefits related area.
  • Participate in surveys, ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Assist in the enhancement and development of HRIS.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll / compensation and benefits experience, preferably in banking or financial industry. 
  • Practical experience in data processing in HRIS, e.g. Peoplesoft/Workday, will be a plus.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
