• Identify and proactively approach potential tenants;
• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewal of the Group’s property portfolio including marketing, tenancy administration, liaise and negotiate with agents, potential clients and tenants;     
• Review and implement marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property leasing, tenancy administration or property management;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer.
