About the role

• Prepare and manage procurement plans/strategies, including RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Lead negotiations with vendors to obtain favourable terms, including pricing and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with user departments to ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Utilize relevant procurement tools and software systems effectively, ensuring accurate and up-to-date procurement data and documentation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
