工作範圍： 

• 負責商場及商廈之日常維修及保養工作 
• 監管技工及承判商，維持工程部運作暢順及處理突發工程事宜 

 
職位要求： 
 

• 具備五年或以上物業維修工作經驗 
• 持有效電牌 (A或B級) 
• 持相關工程證書或文憑 

 
TopTeam Services Hong Kong Limited 提供良好薪酬及福利，包括 ： 
 

• 五天工作 
• 酌情花紅

• 通宵班津貼 
• 十二天有薪年假 

 
工作時間: 
 

• 五天工作 
• 早更：07:30 - 16:30 
• 正更：09:00 - 18:00 
• 中更：14:30 - 23:30 
• 夜更：23:00 - 08:00 (可享有通宵班津貼)
