Our Programme
The Langham, Hong Kong is recruiting Hotel Operations Specialist under Rooms and Food and Beverage divisions to develop Colleague’s all round operational expertise in acquiring significant knowledge, skills and experience in hotel services and operations. Hotel Operations Specialist is to provide rotational guest service experience in hotel lobby, guest floors, The Langham Club, restaurants and function rooms.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for experienced and passionate talents who are looking for career change / development opportunities in the industry with their valuable experience. To make the journey successful, the candidates must be flexible, independent, energetic, open-minded and willing to go to the extra miles in providing personalized guest services in the hotel and contribute to hotel operation teams.
He / she will be rotating with training resources among Front Office, Concierge, In-room dining, outlets at The Langham, Hong Kong within 12 months and responsible for providing personalized hotel services. Upon completion, he / she will take up operations position, subject to performance evaluation, in one of the service operations teams to further individual career development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Hotel or Catering Operations.
- At least 2-year work and guest services experience in hotel industry; Upscale guest service experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage is an advantage.
- Passion in providing people-oriented and personalized hotel service & be devoted in Rooms or F&B front-line operation.
- Good communications, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit are a must.
- Taking initiative, independent, well groomed & confident.
- Highly flexible and open-minded; &
- Well spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
