Our client “The Spin Inc Limited” is seeking a Private Club House Manager to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Responsible for the ongoing upkeep and administration of general recreational facilities 
• Responsible for all general club operations including housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, sport and vent facilitates 
• Responsible for F&B: Chinese restaurant operation 
• Responsible for all club events, including corporate & partnership and private special events and delivery 
• Managing a team of direct staff and contractors and ensure a smooth daily clubhouse operation, including staff rostering and training 
• Creating new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards 
• Building up good relationship with members and clients 
• Developing marketing strategies to attract new members and promote clubhouse events and services 
• Building and maintaining positive relationship with the local community, neighborhood associations, and relevant stakeholders 
• Able to be handing emergency situations. 

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree or Diploma holder in Sports Recreation or Hospitality disciplines 
• At least 5 years solid experience in clubhouse and F&B Management, sales and marketing background would be plus.  
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skill, leadership skill and organizational skill 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Meticulous and able to meet deadline
