Our client “Global Payments Asia-Pacific Ltd” is seeking an Senior Sales Executive to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Meet the assigned revenue targets through structuring and executing new initiatives to generate incremental revenue from the existing merchant portfolio
• Handle all activities on customer life cycle perspective: retention, attrition prevention and service/products upselling
• Work closely with merchant service hotline and other operation team to review after-sales services process to enhance merchant experience so as to increase merchant loyalty
• Mange merchant relationships and the related business negotiations
• Regular merchant meetings to build an excellent account relationship

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above is required. Tertiary educated from Business or Management
• discipline will be an asset
• 3 years and above sales experience
• Experienced in selling financial services is a plus
• Have good knowledge on customer lifecycle concepts and B2B sales experience an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent use of Microsoft Access, Excel and other data analysis applications
• Experience in data usage analysis and project management would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Sales Executive
