Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Provide financial support and guidance to various departments within the organization
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Monitor and manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance finance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus)
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles
  • Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm and commercial/industry setting is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
    stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
