Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspection / checking and prepare report
• Manage the permit application process and site progress to ensure timely completion of work
• Coordinate well with subcontractors to execute the process of Temporary Traffic Arrangement for submission
• Liaise with CLP, Utilities, Government parties, non-government organizations and shakeholder to enable smooth progress of site project
• Prepare the Handover report for invoicing and follow up on the payment from CLP and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Civil / Electrical / Building Services or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Government requirements (e.g. Highways COP, RMO, Labour Department, EMSD, LCSD, Environmental Department ) is preferable.
• Holder of valid Green Card.
• With driving license (Class 1 and 2) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
