Allied Environmental Consultants Limited (AEC) is a subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company which principally engaged in environmental and acoustics consultancy services. We are now looking for high-calibers to join us.

Key Roles:

• Report directly to Top Management and facilitate various corporate activities for the Company;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ESG, Green Building and Environmental Assessment, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of corporate goals and objectives;
• Implement Group branding, marketing and communications strategies, projects, materials, guidelines, and processes in local and overseas markets;
• To plan and execute logistics arrangements of various types of events, including webinars, seminars, conferences, cocktail and dinner receptions, exhibitions, site visits and so on;
• Develop, write, edit, and design content for communication channels including but not limited to social media, website, company blogs, videos, presentations, and collaterals;
• Create and/or edit bilingual corporate communications materials, infographics and branding materials distributed to customers, media, and the general public;
• To oversee the Company’s daily news monitoring and handle media enquiries;
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Directors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other related disciplines; 
• Experience in the professional industry, especially in the environmental industry is a definite advantage; 
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-path environment and proven track records in various corporate and marketing communication projects; 
• Excellent command of written and spoken both in English & Chinese;
• Skills and well use of Adobe and Canva content design tools (or other multimedia tools equivalent) to create social media posts, videos, collateral, and POP; 
• A team player with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
• Attentive to details and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
