Responsibilities:

• Provide general accounting supports to Accounts Receivable (“AR”), Accounts Payable (“AP”) and General Accounting (“GA”) section
• Assist AP team to prepare payments  
• Assist AR team to clear outstanding backlogs, e.g. maintenance and repairs contracts filing, proofreading and reprinting invoices
• Assist GA team to input town fare for mechanics  
• Perform controls related assignment and testing according to SOXA requirement
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and mapping data
• Revise documentation of policies and procedures under guidance
• Ad hoc tasks, data clean up exercise, special projects, as assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate/ advanced user of Excel) 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Collaborative, helpful and open to new challenges
• Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, well organized and self-motivated
• Good team player with sound communication and listening skills
