The Job

• Provide input for contractual & associated quantum matters of customer contract or subcontract to the ELV Systems Project Team
• Prepare and negotiate with Customer Contract Team on any dispute of scope of project works
• Take the lead in claim management on customer contract or subcontract for mitigating risk or minimizing liability claims
• Participate in project meeting to advise the Project Manager/Project Director on any contractual matters
• Prepare inhouse subcontract works and relevant reports
• Liaise with Group Legal Advisor on contractual issue at tendering or post contract award stage
• Liaise with Finance Department to follow up with the customer for outstanding payment
• Prepare project progress payment application and negotiate with customer on cost assessment
• To observe the latest development in contact terms and conditions of construction project and advise the management for any precaution

The Person

• Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• At least 12 years relevant working and post-qualification experiences on infrastructure projects
• Holder of professional membership such as MRICS, MHKIS
• Qualified professional in NEC4 
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good team player
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in claim and EOT resolutions
