Our client "Kingtex Engineering Limited" is seeking an Assistant Project Manager & Project Supervisor to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• Monitor and supervise site project work progress
• Liaise and coordinate with Sub-contractors / Suppliers for project follow up
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants / Clients on drawings and material submissions
• Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress
• Prepare quotations, detailed method statements and working programme
• Handle all contracting document and correspondence.

Who are they looking for?
 

• Certificate in Building Services / Construction or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience in site project coordination
• Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, Chinese Word Processing and Auto CAD
• Knowledge in rendering drawing is an advantage
• Independent, initiative, organized and strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
