Our client “AC Design Group Ltd” is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Conceptualize creative interior design schemes for corporate office spaces
• Develop schematic designs and create design development drawings
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver designs accordingly
• Manage multiple corporate office interior design projects simultaneously
• Effectively communicate and present design concepts and finalized plans
• Oversee design implementation and coordinate with vendors/contractors
• Ensure designs comply with standards, building codes, and regulations
• Deliver high-quality services within committed project timeframes and budgets
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer 

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent, min. 6 years of practice experience in corporate office interior design projects
• Creative in conceptual design, schematic design & design development
  Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and PowerPoint preferable
• Good at problem-solving and lateral thinking 
• Mature, independent, good working attitude, team player, good organizational, communication & presentation skills and attention to fine details
• Fluent in English and Mandarin will be advantage
