Key Job Responsibilities: 
 

• Manage the sales growth of affiliate channel according to the company goals.
• Manage affiliate marketing platforms
• Maintain good relationship with existing publishers and establish new connections with potential new publishers.
• Assist manager to explore any local marketing opportunity and follow up action required
• Conduct marketing research to identify potential publishers.
• Optimize the affiliate marketing performance based on the pre-planned budget.
• ROI Forecast and performance evaluation for campaign planning.
• Prepare weekly affiliate performance report and performance review for various campaigns.
• Support and execute in eCommerce operation include managing website content updates, promotion rules updates and assist manager to follow up on-site development process etc.
• Support the development and implementation of ad hoc projects assigned by eCommerce Manager.

 Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year or aobve experience working in the eCommerce field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage.
• Well-organized and able to work independently, accomplished tasks in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as eCommerce Assistant.
