Our client “Biocline Healthcare Services Limited” is seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer to join their company!  

Since 1995, Biocline has been consistently ranked as one of Hong Kong’s top healthcare builders/engineers, providing a wide range of healthcare construction projects, ranging from miscellaneous repairs to new hospitals/medical centers and top-tier laboratories, including Hong Kong’s first Physical Containment Level 3 Laboratory.

​In 2018, Biocline has updated to ISO 9001:2018, and completed the design and build project for Gleneagles Hospital.

What you’ll be doing? 

• Supervise and inspect the quality of work and materials regularly to ensure compliance with statutory and user requirements
• Assist with on-site management and prepare site progress reports to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Prepare temporary work design, method statement and project program
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with architect, client, consultant, sub-contractors and government authorities for technical matters
• Work with the project managers in preparation of tenders and quotations

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years' experience in Building Services Engineering  
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in consultancy or contractors work in E&M Industrial plant or engineering project is preferable
• Relevant work experience in Hospital/University/Laboratory projects is advantageous
