Our client is an international luxury retailer. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior IT Officer (Network Infrastructure) to join their team.

The Job:

• Handle network related change management and ensure that all changes follow standard processes.
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Follow project schedule deliver outcomes, such as SDWAN cut over, circuits migration, old network devices replacement, etc.
• Need to support store projects, opening, decommission, relocation, network devices' configurations.
• Support cloud project, sites' connectivity, express route, VPN.
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement.
• Timely identify and resolve issues related to LAN/network telephone (IPT)/wireless network (WiFi)/Palo Alto firewall/Infoblox/Meraki (standby during non-working hours in case of potential network emergencies)
• Incidence management and root cause analysis.

The Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiar with Cisco, Palo alto, Infoblox, ISE, Meraki.
• Understanding project requirements and KPIs.
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Supporting enterprise telecommunications engineering and architecture or other technologies such as Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Wide Area Network (WAN) and wireless, VoIP, firewall, etc.
• Priority given to Cisco Certified (CCIE/CCNP) certificate or equivalent
• Prefer to have ITIL or PMP or Huawei network certificate HCNA/HCNP
