Responsibilities:

• Managing a smooth recruitment process for a wide range of positions within Odoo
• Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates.
• Working with the team managers to understand their need, set the interviews, and get their feedback on candidates
• Support and develop employer branding campaigns and the relationships with external organizations (universities, job fairs or professional event coordinators etc.)
• Keeping up to date with current job market conditions by researching the Hong Kong / APAC job market and the competitors in the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong interest in recruiting in IT industry
• Proactive, well organized
• Fluency in spoken English is a must
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. Fresh grads will also be considered
