Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of rewards programme and compensation policy in North East Asia
- Support global mobility and benefit programme
- Manage benefits administration including taxation, pension, insurance, and other related tasks
- Conduct market analysis and report
- Assist annual compensation and benefit review
- Manage reward and compensation data in HRIS - Workday
- Support in other HR projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in MNC with regional human resources functions
- Knowledge of employment ordinance and other relevant regulation
- Solid experience in human resources information system
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
