Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle of the recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and onboarding process
- Work closely with division heads and managers to identify the hiring needs
- Assist in different recruitment programs such as Career Fair and Internship Scheme
- Handle payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, tax filing, leave calculation and insurances renewal
- Ensure all HR information systems are updated and accurate
- Support other HR functions and involve in projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on recruitment and C&B experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Putonghua
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
- Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
