We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. The design team creates on-sites digital assets and external ad creatives for our brands, contributing to build and maintain our brand identity across various marketing platforms. 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage and supervise the design team 
• Implement KPIs measurement for the design team   
• Responsible for supervising all design progress and timeline
• Responsible for approving all creative assets quality meet company’s standard
• Oversee all creative asset creation, including creative brand direction as well as ensuring work quality and clarity
• Lead a close team to work collaboratively and complete internal job requirements timely and accurately
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing campaigns, brand promotions and creative concepts to visuals
• Ensure clear and quality presentation of our brands across multiple digital marketing channels, including but not limited to website banners, affiliate ads, display ads, emails, social ads
• Conceptualize new brands, including styles, typography, creative direction, colour any new website launches
• Cooperate with different Sales & Marketing Department Heads to improve design management process and amend creative 
• Develop brand and design visual guidelines and design library to improve team efficiency 
• Manage creative ad hoc tasks as required by Management

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Degree holder or above in Design or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience with supervisory capability
• A portfolio showcasing well-branded innovative communication solutions and a good design sense
• Expert understanding and mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator. Other Adobe applications is an advantage
• Experience in Web Design, HTML, CSS and wireframe prototyping
• Understanding of eCommerce Shopping Cart platforms, such as Magento and work experience in eCommerce or an agency will be an advantage
• A passion to mentor, inspire and lead creative team members
• Able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team player and leader, but also self-motivated
• Work well with other teams and stakeholders
• Strong in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
