What will you do?

• Responsible for accounts receivable management including cash collection, credit risk management, bank guarantee renewal/billing/delivery note processing independently
• Liaise with both customers and internal departments to expedite the payment collections 
• Perform customer credit assessments and closely monitor accounts receivable to minimize potential bad debts
• Propose appropriate measures to improve credit performance and operations processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management decision
• Support system enhancement or maintenance and handle ad hoc assignments 

What a successful candidate looks like? 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in accounts receivable and credit control with experience exposure in financial planning is preferable
• Good practices in local laws and regulations, credit application procedures and best practices 
• Experience in handling Power BI is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Good analytical skills and ability to handle complex financial data
• Good PC skills in MS office, especially in Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
