Responsibilities:
- Handle client's inquiries through phone and email
- Provide simple IT support
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- With experience in customer services or helpdesk support
- Experience in IT/ Telecom industry is an advantage
- Outgoing, energetic, good at communication and presentation
- Native in Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin
- On-job training will be provided
