Job Description
Job Duties & Requirement:
- Implement the Company’s marketing and sales penetration strategies
- Expand & develop existing and new hotel, restaurant, clubhouse accounts’ orders
- Handle new customer accounts from the initial approach to closing the sales
- Manage customer demands and issues with appropriate solutions
- Monitor sales order traffic and customer satisfaction
- Work with marketing staff on promotional materials and product updates
- Assess market developments and capture market opportunities
- Interface with various staffs to facilitate satisfying service to customers
- Maintain and update necessary sales plan, records, documents, and reports as required
Incumbent Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in F&B, Hotel, and Restaurants products sales experience is a plus
- Sales result oriented, self-motivated, self-initiating, and responsibility
- Have good hotels and F&B catering & beverages knowledge is a plus
- Friendly with good personal and communication skills to promote team work in external & internal work environments
- Fluent in English & Chinese written and oral communication
- Associate Marketing degree graduate is advantageous
