We are looking for Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing and related projects
• Assist in corporate website maintenance and database management
• Promote our services through our social media platforms, e.g. LinkedIn and IG
• Work closely with internal & external parties 
• Organise and prepare presentation materials, proposals, reports, government tenders, and other correspondence including drafting documents, emails and letters
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:    

• Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Language or related discipline will be preferred
• Previous experience in digital marketing would be an added advantage
• Team player, organised, detail-minded, proactive, fast learner & able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Knowledge of Japanese would be an added advantage.
