KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all baking goods ready to be sold before the store opens  負責開業前烘焙食品的準備 
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of service delivery in alignment with company standards  確保產品的品質和一致性符合公司標準
• Handle the listing and ordering of necessary resources for the baking goods sold  負責烘焙食材的訂購
• Monitor and manage team performance  監控與管理團隊的工作表現
• Providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching to the team Requirements  為團隊提供監督、專業發展的諮詢和意見

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years experience in the Baking industry, specialized in western and Japanese baking  至少5年烘焙業經驗，擅長西式和日式烘焙
• Sense of business acumen with knowledge of managing costs and quantity sold  具備商業頭腦，了解管理成本與銷售概念
• Able to work independently whilst being able to follow recipes and instructions  能夠獨立工作，同時能夠遵循食譜和標準
• Excellent leadership skills required with ability to develop and coach the team performance  優秀的領導才能，能夠引領並指導團隊的表現
