Purpose of the role is to manage and support the account servicing team for projects fulfillment and the clients’ relationship building. 

Job profile:

1. liaisons between the client and the agency，they communicate with the client and make sure that everything is being delivered on time.

2. customer record maintenance: maintaining customer records, updating account information, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of account-related activities.

3. Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing assistance to clients regarding their accounts and services.

4. Billing and Invoicing: Assisting with billing and invoicing activities which involve generating invoices, verifying billing information, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Qualification and requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred
2. effective communication skills are important for coordinating activities, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
3. They should have effective interpersonal skills, and verbal communication skills and be knowledgeable enough in digital marketing preferred.
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented
