Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily property operation and management;
• Handle clients’ inquired and deliver quality services to customer;
• Monitor service contractors to ensure quality services are provided;
• Perform any ad-hoc duty assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines;
• Lever 3 or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or 
• Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; and
• At least one year working experience in the field of Public Housing Management in Hong Kong;
• Holder of PMP Licence Tier 2 is preferred;
• Service oriented and self-motivated;
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc.
