You'll contribute to planning and executing innovative pharmaceutical development programs, collaborating with a professional team to advance platform technology. Gain expertise in advanced formulation technology, strengthening your position in the competitive global pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description 

• Develop new food-like health products, including but not limiting to sachet, tablets, gummy, gel…etc.  
• Participate in new product workflow. Coordinate with various departments in the product development process. 
• Design product prototype in laboratory and conduct sensory test. 
• Conduct production trials and product quality evaluation. 
• Perform scientific research and support labelling claims. 
• Ensure products meet legal, quality and safety standard for assigned markets. 
• Provide technical support on production process or equipment design. 
• Participate in existing product re-formulation. 
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirements

If you are: 

• Bachelor of Science in Food Science or equivalent 
• Keen in taste modulation. Familiar with taste masking techniques. 
• Have a passion in working in a laboratory-based R&D environment. 
• Scientific minded and eager to learn new things who is willing to accept challenges and take up unfamiliar tasks. 
• Work under pressure. Timeline sensitive. 
• Knowledge of functional food ingredient & TCM will be advantage.
