Cloud Light Technology Limited is a high-growth technology company specializing in optical industry. The products being fibre optic transceivers and optical sensors are highly demanded in data centers, high-performance computing and automotive applications. Customers include well-known global blue chips. The role of Accounting Manager is newly created amid continuous business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of consolidated accounts and month end closing for HK entities;
• Prepare management reports, budgets and analysis for management;
• Handle the statutory audited accounts, tax planning/filing work;
• Lead and support various improvement initiatives for the ERP system and internal controls;
• Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies and group companies to fulfil daily treasury, accounting and operational needs;
• Continuous review of current accounting procedures for efficiency enhancement; and
• Perform ad hoc works as assigned

Requirements:

• A degree holder in an international recognized University;
• A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• 6 years relevant experience, at least 2 years at Big 4 / large audit firm (pure Big4 experience will be also considered);
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
