A leading insurance and investment brokerage firm is seeking driven and accomplished Senior Relationship Managers to join our insurance and investment team. Role and Responsibilities:
 

• Existing Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service. 
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, working closely with clients to understand their evolving insurance needs.
• New Headcount Recruitment: Collaborate with internal team head to recruit new headcounts.   

Requirements

• Working Experience: 3-5 years of experiences in account management or sales within insurance industry, preferably with a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts  
• Insurance knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance and investment products 
• Analytical skills: demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems. Strong attention to details and effective sales closing skill  
• Professional qualifications: Possession of effective IIQE 1 and 3 are a must, preferably with SFC 1,7,8 as well
