Your role:

• Lead the sales team to achieve business target
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Motivate team members to achieve the business benchmark
• Responsible for the overall operational success of business

We are looking for:  

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in FMCG industry / General Trade sector
• Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
• Self-motivated with positive attitude to drive results and achieve target
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor
