Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Coordinate with different departments to deal with requests of customers
• Perform administrative and clerical duties
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements

• Degree or above
• At least 2 years' working experience in customer services field
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work at outdoor sites
• Immediate availability is preferred

Comprehensive on-job training programs will be provided.

Opportunities for short-term overseas / PRC assignments are available for high caliber candidates.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant.)
