What you’ll be doing?
 

• Responsible for the implementations of systems such as contact centre (voice and instant messaging), IVRS, IP-PBX
• To provide technical support
• IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Firewall/router/virtual machine) set up and maintenance
• To perform diagnosis and troubleshooting on system, software and networking related issues

Who are we looking for?
 

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Linux Servers, MySQL DB, Java, PHP, Node.js and with hands on experience in the above areas
• Knowledge of VoIP (SIP, RTP, webRTC), telephony system, instant messaging integration (Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, WeChat)
• You will have an advantage if you have
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPS, LAN/WAN & hands on experience in networking
  • Hands on experience in private and public Cloud (VMware, HyperV, Amazon, Azure) implementations
