Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
• Establish good business relationship with corporate clients
• Arrange presentations on investment products and services such as ESOP / corporate share incentive plan
• Support the team on day-to-day client activities and prepare required documentation
• Participate in sales planning initiatives and design appropriate relationship plans to generate new businesses
• Handle corporate account opening documents
• Responsible for daily operation for corporate clients
• Prepare business reports for senior management
• Formulate user acceptance test for IT project
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8-10 years relevant working experience in brokerage firms, banks, or other financial institutions (Less experience will be considered as VP)
2. Frontline client facing experience; business trip required
3. Self-motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills and able to work independently
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office
6. Good knowledge in ESOP / corporate share incentive plan will be an advantage
