We invite mature and high caliber person to fill the following positions in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management of assigned project, including safety, progress, quality, cost and site operation; 
• Attend in site meetings and coordinate with client’s representative, architects and sub-contractors;
• Provide support for E&M works;
• Documentation preparation to support project team;
• Strong analytical skill and contract acumen;
• Manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction Administration phase;
• Monitor project budget, quality schedule and scope of work;
• Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems;
• Self-motivated independent and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to & station in PRC or other countries when required.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study in Electrical, Mechanical/Building Service Engineering discipline or equivalent;
• Working experience in interior fitting out projects;
• Good communication and site management skills;
• 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years supervisory of the E&M services; 
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus;
• Good written/spoken in English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
• Able to work independently and under pressure as well as willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
