Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and update the project SHE plan to meet the client’s requirement and comply with the latest Government ordinance and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessment and safety inspection to identify hazards and devise safety control measures jointly with the project team
• Conduct routine site inspection and prepare site safety audit report in according to contract requirement
• Formulate and implement remedial proposal to rectify irregularities; - Enhance safety awareness of the project team including subcontractors and workers through tool box talk, safety training, briefing and promotional activities
• Conduct incident and accident investigations; identify the root cause and formulate improvement actions jointly with the project team
• Analyse the trend of SHE performance and propose improvement plan
• Evaluate and propose action plan in respect of new SHE requirements imposed by Client or Government Authorities
• Organize and play a leading role in regular safety meeting among project staff and subcontractors regarding safety,

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Health, Safety and Enviromnment
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
• Registered Safety Officer under Labour Department of HKSAR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing and PC skills in most window applications is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
