About this role......

• Collect and understand the objective of clients’ requests and process with internal teams in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate between client(s) and internal functional areas for the successful delivery of email / online marketing projects and other initiatives
• Assist the delivery of marketing campaigns / CRM / loyalty programme initiatives for clients
• Responsible on daily routine and on-going projects to ensure a timely and quality delivery
• Provide insight and solutions to clients when applicable
• Support the managers to maintain and grow accounts through exceeding clients’ expectation and identifying potential growth opportunities

You might fit for the role if you have......

• Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 2 years working experience
• Background in the field of client focus position, experience in agency account servicing and marketing communication is preferred
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage
• Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good time management, project management and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
