Description
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our products, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
- Utilize technical documentation, manuals, and diagnostic tools to guide and support your work.
- Manage service schedules and appointments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of service to customers.
- Collaborate with the service team and other departments to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and improve service processes.
- Keep accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Provide training and technical support to customers as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery or equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from various backgrounds.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
