Job Description:
- Review, identify and correct errors of text and format in financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform quality checks on final products and monitor the QC process
- Handle and follow up customer enquiries
- Project management and coordination
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Other responsibilities and special projects as required to support C.S. Team
Job Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma/Diploma in English studies, Communications or related disciplines
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict timeframes
- Willing to work in shift duty
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Junior C.S. Executive
